WORKS FOR ME WEDNESDAY...

With winter here (although not today), gloves and hats came get to be a big tangled mess. I was so tired of them laying all over in the bottom of the closet, that I made an organizer thingy. I don't really have a name for it. Basically I took a 2X4X1 board and some wood glue and glued clothes line hangers to it about every two inches or so. It works great! Caleb also hangs up all of his hats by their bills on it. I made one just for him in the garage. Just make sure you use plenty of wood glue and let it dry overnight. Not the best picture but you get the idea. I have another one of these racks about a foot up.

What a great idea. I think I will have to try that. What kind of board did you use? By the way, I am a friend of Tracy and got the link from her blog.

Hi Sarah. I got one from Lowe's. It is pine and the dimensions were three foot by one foot by half inch. I think they were about two or three dollars. Just make sure you use LOTS of wood glue otherwise they won't hold for very long.
